Shipping Policy

Who we are
The Aurēvi Collective (“Aurēvi,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

Where we ship
• United States: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
• International:  International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees billed by the local carrier or customs office.

Order processing time
• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Preorders/backorders: The estimated ship date appears on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Shipping options and rates (U.S.)
• Standard (ground): 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch.
• Expedited options: 2–3 business days when available at checkout.
• Free shipping threshold: Orders over $150 ship free via Standard service (after discounts, before tax).
• Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination, weight, and service level.

Tracking
• A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address changes and delivery issues
• To update an address, email support@theaurevicollective.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes are not guaranteed.
• If a package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and around the delivery area.

  2. Allow 24 hours in case of a carrier scan delay.

  3. Then email us with your order number for assistance.

Undeliverable / returned to sender
• Packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed status can be:
– Re-shipped to a corrected address (additional postage applies), or
– Refunded minus original shipping once received back in sellable condition (kits and/or beauty products must be unopened).

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
• Lost in transit: Contact us if no movement appears for 7 business days (U.S.). We’ll assist with a replacement or claim as appropriate.
• Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
• Weather or carrier network delays are outside our control, but we will advocate on your behalf where possible.

Hazmat / restricted items
• Certain beauty items may face carrier restrictions (e.g., pressurized sprays). If your order is affected, we’ll contact you to adjust the shipping method.

Split shipments
• To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Local pickup/delivery

Returns address (for refused/returned packages only)
